John S. Farley III
John S. Farley, III is an attorney who assists clients in complex civil litigation matters, including business, banking, personal injury, wrongful death, and real property disputes. Mr. Farley also assists clients in the areas of probate, title examination, estate planning, and criminal defense.
During his tenure at Drummond Law, PLLC, Mr. Farley has obtained tens of millions of dollars in jury verdicts, judgments, and settlements for his clients. In 2020, Mr. Farley was the recipient of multiple TopVerdict awards, including the Top 50 Truck Accident Jury Verdicts in the United States in 2019 (No. 29) and Top 100 Motor Accident Jury Verdicts in the United States in 2019 (No. 60). Mr. Farley also represents clients in criminal defense matters for the Firm, which was awarded the title of “Best Criminal Defense Law Firm” in 2021 by the Journal Record’s Reader Rankings. In addition to his work in litigation, Mr. Farley assists companies, banks, and individuals with a variety of transactional matters that have involved assets worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
Before beginning his legal career, Mr. Farley worked in tax accounting at a Fortune 500 company and has experience in the areas of software development, database design, cyber security, and project management. Prior to joining Drummond Law, PLLC, Mr. Farley served in an upper management role for a multi-state legal software and service company based in Missouri.
Mr. Farley earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma in 2015 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2018, where he graduated with highest honors and was the Executive IT Editor of the Tulsa Law Review. Additionally, during law school, Mr. Farley received an award for “Outstanding Mock Trial Performance” and multiple CALI awards for ranking first in his class in contracts and constitutional law.
